What do I get as a free user?

As a free user you can play songs and playlists for 30 minutes per 24 hours. In addition, you can use 25 free sound effects from different sound categories for your alerts. IMPORTANT! You can listen to everything, no matter what!

What can I do to get full access to all Epidemic Sound content?

To get full access, you have 2 options. Either you get an Epidemic Sound subscription (1-month, 3-months, 12-months), or you choose a Music Day Pass, which gives you full access for a duration of 24 hours. Both a subscription and a day pass give you access to all Epidemic content!

Why I can't add Epidemic to my streaming application?

How can I add sound effects to my alerts from Epidemic Sound?

To edit the alert sound and add an Epidemic Sound effect, select the alert set and the specific alert you wish to modify. Scroll down to locate the "Audio & Text-to-speech" section. Here, you can change the alert sound by uploading your own, selecting from Pro Sounds, or choosing from Epidemic Sound.

How does that work with refreshing the sound effects?

Every 24 hours 25 new sound effects are provided for free. These are automatically and equally selected from the various sound categories.

Can I create my own playlists?

If you have an Epidemic Sound subscription or a Music Day Pass, you have the possibility to create your own playlists. 

Do I lose access to my own playlists if I cancel my subscription?

Yes, if you no longer have an Epidemic subscription, your created playlists will also be deleted.
